This second working group will be focused on the issue of pluriactivity, slashers and alternate-entrepreneurships.
It will cover a key aspect of new work practices: many freelancers and employees are involved in multiple activities. Spatial, temporal, emotional dimensions will be explored by this second working group. This WG will also deal with related topics such as open innovation, working at home, mobile work, work-life balance, solidarity issues in the context of our open, pluriactive world.

The cloud computing is the basis of collaboratives spaces and the new economy.
A former french minister, Thierry BRETON , at the head of ATOS, wrote a report to enhance the public policies as far as the cloud computing is concerned :

The public bank Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, made huge investments on CloudWatt & Numergy : a collaborative partnership beetween the french state and private investors to launch cloud computing companies that are located in France and ruled under the french laws.
The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations wrote a very interesting study on the needs of new Region to join the cloud computing :

The Patriot Act is a treathen on our sovereignty, given that many datas are hosted abroad, through data centers lead by american companies.
