«Les ambiances: des ressources pour le travail créatif »

Le projet intitulé «Les ambiances: des ressources pour le travail créatif» vise à comprendre l’utilisation des ambiances par les travailleurs dans les industries créatives comme une ressource pour faciliter et stimuler le travail créatif. La présentation montrera des résultats d’une recherche exploratoire menée à Berlin auprès des designers et des artistes. Elle propose à la fois comment des ambiances peuvent intervenir (positivement ou négativement) dans le processus du travail créatif et des tactiques employées par des designers pour créer une ambiance qui facilite la dimension créative de leur travail.

Ce troisième séminaire RGCS Grenoble sera l’occasion de contacts plus développés avec notamment des architectes et des designers, et plus largement avec des universitaires, des enseignants-chercheurs en école de commerce et des praticiens intéressés par les thématiques des communautés collaboratives et des espaces collaboratifs (espaces de coworking, makerspaces, fablabs, hacker spaces, etc.).

Au-delà des lieux et de leurs modes de gestion, RGCS s’intéresse également aux transformations du travail, aux mouvements sociaux (mouvement des makers et du coworking notamment), aux nouvelles pratiques de gestion (de l’innovation, des connaissances…) incarnées par les espaces collaboratifs, et au lien avec le territoire et les politiques publiques.

Amsterdam

The next event of RGCS Amsterdam will take place on Friday October 27th, at 3 pm at B.Amsterdam.

Geneva (Switzerland) – OSI-UN

The Research Group on Collaborative Spaces (RGCS) will be represented at the conference on CrowdInnovation and FabLabs at the United Nations (UN) in Geneva on Wednesday 13th December 2017.

The CFL conference, jointly organized by the UN and the OSI organization.

Aurore Dandoy (PSL, Université Paris-dauphine) and Serge Bolidum (McErnest Group), respectively coordinators of RGCS Paris and RGCS Berlin, will present the events and experimentations organized by the RGCS between 2015 and 2017, and how they draw on third-places cultures, techniques and governance to produce transformative effects on academic practices and the city.

This will be a great opportunity to talk about meta-organizations in the context of the epitome of meta-organizations (UN).

This way several people can present their ideas and we can all benefit from quick feedback.”

La Direction Régionale des Entreprises, de la Concurrence, de la Consommation, du Travail et de l’Emploi (DIRECCTE – http://auvergne-rhone-alpes.direccte.gouv.fr) de la Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes organise chaque année une journée de formation pour ses agents.

Le thème de cette année est l’économie collaborative. Afin de proposer un mode de construction de connaissance original et en accord avec le thème traité, quatre acteurs se sont réunis afin de proposer une expérience d’apprentissage en commun (qui ne nécessite pas de connaissances préalables).

From crowdfunding to responsible investment, what kind of collaborative finance can facilitate the development of the collaborative economy, especially of collaborative spaces such as fablabs and innovation labs?”
